Risks
What usually makes a redesign feel difficult.
Will we lose Google rankings?+
The risk cannot be reduced to zero, but it can be controlled: preserve important URLs, add redirects, migrate metadata, and monitor indexing after launch.
Will email stop working?+
A website migration does not require changing MX records. Email infrastructure is checked separately before and after the cutover.
Do we have to pay for support forever?+
No. Access and an export are handed to the client. Care is optional, not a condition for the site to work.
Why not update the old CMS?+
If the platform is supported and secure, updating may be sensible. If it is long obsolete, a clean rebuild is usually more predictable than cosmetic repair.
How are defects handled?+
A reproducible technical mismatch with the written scope is handled through the agreed acceptance process. New content, functionality, and third-party changes are quoted separately; mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
