Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. We can add the bot to an existing website, host it on a separate page or use a messenger. We will check your platform and choose a suitable option.

Does the bot run on my computer?

We plan for server hosting. Your computer does not need to stay switched on; hosting and maintenance are agreed as part of the project.

Can the bot confirm a booking?

Only if the agreed integration and rules support it. In the basic scenario, the bot collects the request and your team confirms the booking.
